Andrew James offers a comprehensive 24 hour, 7 days a week, 365 days a year service. I am a locally run, fully trained, independent company based in Rainham, Essex providing a competitively priced reliable service to most areas.
I am skilled in repairing, replacement or first installation of all the leading brand names Yale, Union, Chubb, Legge, Ingersoll, etc. Business or domestic customers can be sure that the service they receive will always be competitively priced and be of the highest standard.
My aim is always to gain entry to your property with a non destructive approach. I will endeavour to ensure that my work causes no damage to doors, windows and frames. The service I provide is intended to be cost effective and reliable.
Unfortunately, there may be cases where I will have to drill a lock to gain entry. In these cases, I will need to drill a small hole in the door, which can then be covered by a decorative plate or filled with a timber dowel.
I will always give priority to emergencies and try to keep response times to a minimum.
I can also provide practical advice on upgrading your current security arrangements.
I carry a comprehensive range of stock and am able to fit new locks from scratch, particularly for customers that wish to upgrade their security to British Standard BS3621 (This level of security is strongly recommended by Police and specified by most Insurance Companies).
All carpentry work carried out will be to the highest standard and can be confirmed with over 15 years of references, which are readily available if required.
